Confidence in Christ
Welcome to the Confidence in Christ podcast. I’m Kala and I’m here to offer you the opportunity to grow in your confidence of the Lord. Through interviews with friends, simple and practical scripture application to your life and some good old fashion tough love at times, you will be more equipped to have an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ after hanging out here with us. I’m a woman just like you, who loves the Lord with all my heart and is doing my best to follow his will for my life. Meeting you here weekly and passing on the knowledge he has given me is part of what that looks like. I’m so honored that you’re here and I can’t wait to help you get to know God in new and exciting ways!

When Faith Meets Questions: How to Defend What You Believe with Confidence with Liz Cobo
Part of the reason we need to be in scripture so much is because sooner or later we are going to be faced with questions. Questions about why you believe what you believe, evidence for what you believe, etc. That sounds terrifying to most of us, right? We'd rather hide under a rock than have to defend what we believe. Why is that? If I had to take a guess, it's because we ourselves aren't even sure of the true reasons. We know we love God, we believe the Bible and trust that its words are true but how do we explain that to someone who doesn't think like us?
That is exactly why I invested my good friend Liz back onto the podcast. She has been on multiple times before but in light of the world we are living in, with a revival in our sights, we need to be more equipped for these sorts of conversations. Liz is my go-to for these sorts of things and her wisdom and insight are a true gift!
